These Barleywine bottles were wax dipped last year and have been ageing in our cold storage waiting for the winter weather again.  This has aged to perfection with a complexity of flavors found more commonly in fine wines.  Super smooth, super balanced, rich – this Barleywine is not super sweet, but leans heavily on malt characteristics for flavor.
